Refund policy

Level 1 — 3-day money-back guarantee

Complete Level 1 — including the platform-verified final assignment — and if you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of completion. Request it from your dashboard; once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method and the Level 1 certification is voided.

Package A session bundles

Unused, unscheduled sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase on request. Sessions already attended are not refundable outside the Level 1 guarantee above.

Package B subscriptions

You can cancel your Class of the Week subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months, but billing errors are always corrected in full.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Questions? Email support@evoknow.ai.
