Amazon and others are done keeping data center deals secret. Is it enough to build trust?

Amazon and Microsoft are becoming transparent about their data center deals with local governments instead of keeping them secret, partly due to public opposition to large AI infrastructure projects. Greater transparency could help communities understand and have a say in major tech infrastructure affecting their area.
